  3. Find the specific test results you want to share.
  4. Look for a "Download" or "Print to PDF" button to save the file.

From Quest Diagnostics

  1. Log into your MyQuest™ patient portal.
  2. Go to the "Health Records" or "Results" section.
  3. Locate the relevant test results.
  4. Use the download or print function to save the results as a PDF.

  1. Login at https://www.functionhealth.com/
  2. Go to the URL: https://my.functionhealth.com/documents
  3. Download all test results on this page.
